Some of you may have seen this special, but I have talked to many people who haven't. CNBC did a special called BMW: A Driving Obsession where they went behind the scenes at BMW's R&D headquarters. There is some fluff in the show, but its worth watching because it show some of BMW's design process, and how they integrate Design, Engineering, and R&D into one.
